Supporting the back office needs of global employee benefits administration
Benefits Engine provides a centralised platform to support the back office needs of global employee benefits administration, including:
- Case management: monitoring and managing client and employee queries, including a clear audit trail and links to relevant documentation with target turnaround times for resolution customised by client
- Policy administration and renewals: maintains a record of client plans/policies and creates email reminders of plans coming up for renewal using case management to manage the renewal process, with a default set of renewal tasks configurable by client and/or country
- Population data management: speeds up the processing of employee details such as new joiners, leavers and policy changes like salary increases
- Premium invoice reconciliation: insurer invoices are carefully checked for any discrepancies
- Claims analysis: clear reporting on the employee claims history for each scheme
