Legislation and regulation
Steering a safe path through the regulatory minefield
With more than 30 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry, our legislative team advises clients in relation to all aspects of group risk and healthcare insurance, including scheme and policy documentation, providing insight into all legislation, market and product developments that might impact clients.
As well as keeping all our clients and staff up to speed on legislative changes, we are also active in government lobbying.
Team members are involved with a number of industry bodies and sit on the regulatory committee of the Group Risk Development Group (GRiD) and the workplace benefits committee of the Investment and Life Assurance Group (ILAG). BITC?

This resulted in a change to legislation (Equality Act 2010 (The Employment Equality (Repeal of Retirement Age Provisions) Regulations 2011).
