According to a report from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), long hours and constant communications are negatively affecting managers’ wellbeing. 1 in 10 of the 1,037 managers surveyed took time off work for mental health issues for an average of 12 days. |

Sleep deprivation causes 200,000 lost working days
Business in the Community and Public Health England have produced the first ever sleep and recovery toolkit which offers advice on addressing the damaging sleep-loss epidemic. It is estimated that 200,000 working days are lost in the UK each year due to insufficient sleep. |
