During times of change and uncertainty, everyone experiences some level of anxiety and we all deal with the experience differently. Supporting people to manage pressure and change is key to maintaining productivity and engagement.
Now, more than ever, balancing work and personal commitments poses a significant challenge – managing workloads, childcare, home schooling, support for older relatives, limited exercise and down time and deferred holiday. It all adds up.
You don’t need to be a mental health expert to help employees manage through this. There are some simple steps you can take to recognise someone who may be struggling and provide them with the support they need.
