Endless hours and months dressed down below in PJs and zoom friendly up top, sat at perfect dinner party, but not meeting-typing-writing friendly, chairs has taken its toll on the nation’s musculoskeletal (MSK) health.

These unfamiliar working conditions inevitably put a strain on a person’s back, neck and shoulders. According to a survey by the Institute of Employment Studies, there was a ‘significant increase in musculoskeletal complaints’ in lockdown.
