Our Advocate claims advisers are on hand to help you through your entire treatment journey – from advising on the benefits available to liaising with insurers and clinicians.
Making a new medical claim
- Look for the Advocate claims adviser who is dedicated to your company scheme – their name will be in your scheme literature
- Book an appointment in the claims adviser’s clinic
- If you would like to discuss more than one condition, please book two consecutive appointments
- You will usually need to have seen your GP for a referral – although physiotherapy may be possible without a referral – your claims adviser will discuss this with you. The referral may be from your NHS GP or a digital GP consultation, if you have this service.
- The Advocate claims adviser will call you at the pre-arranged time

Need to reschedule or cancel your appointment?
When you make your booking you will receive a confirmation email showing the details of your appointment. If you need to change the time of your clinic booking or no longer need to speak with the claims adviser, please follow the link on the email to rearrange or cancel.
