Scott Bentley Head of Risk Benefits

Scott joined Willis Towers Watson in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in the health and benefits industry.  Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for a leading insurance provider in a number of roles.

Specialising in risk benefits, Scott has worked as a senior consultant, advising and account managing large multinationals, as well as setting-up and managing the Health & Benefits practice in Ireland between 2013 and 2016.

He now acts as the Head of Risk Benefits for Willis Towers Watson, responsible for overseeing teams in Reigate, London, Manchester and Wincham in relation to all aspects of employee (risk) benefits including; governance, risk management, delivery, broking, consulting, financing, propositions, growth and strategy.

Kevin Newman
Kevin Newman Head of Health and Benefits (GB)

Kevin is Head of Health & Benefits for GB and has been with the firm for over 25 years.

In addition to having responsibility for the overall operation of the Health & Benefits practice, Kevin also provides consulting advice around the design, financing and delivery of benefit programmes to several FTSE 100 firms and large multinational organisations. His focus here being to modernise benefit provision and align with wider corporate objectives as the future of work continues to evolve.

He also has relationships at board level with all major UK benefit insurers and continues to provide advice around proposition and product innovation.  Kevin is also a contributor to both industry and national press on major UK corporate healthcare and benefit issues.

Rachel Floyd
Rachael Floyd Operations Director (Wincham)

Rachael joined Willis Towers Watson (previously PMI Health Group) in 1993 as a Managed Care nurse, becoming Group Operations Director for PMI HG in 2004.

Using a combination of improved business processes, technology and team structuring, she has improved operational efficiency and service to the customer.

Rachael has responsibility for Client Services, IT and Managed Care, and has a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Masters in IT and is an Associate of the Faculty of Travel Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow.

Rebekah Haymes Director and Head of Benefits Marketplace GB

Rebekah has over 28 years’ experience in benefits consulting. She has extensive knowledge of a wide range of benefit programmes providing advice on benefit strategy, design and financing; helping clients develop strategies to maximise the value of benefit spend and delivery.

Rebekah leads our Flexible Benefits Consulting team, providing support to clients on benefits strategy, flexible benefits design and delivery through our proprietary technology.

Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson Rebekah worked in consulting roles and more latterly practice management roles with leading employee benefit consultancies and a Big 4 accountancy firm.

Terry
Terry McSweeney Markets and Solutions Leader Great Britain and Western Europe

Terry McSweeney is the Leader in GB and Western Europe for Willis Towers Watson’s Markets and Solutions group which is part of the Global Health and Benefits business.

Based in London, Terry’s focus is on the management and development of relationships WTW has with the major insurance companies and service providers WTW works with.

Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson five years ago, Terry worked for over 25 years at two Global Insurance Companies within their Domestic and International Employee Benefit businesses.

In addition to his primary role, Terry also manages WTW’s International Health and Risk business in GB, this business is focused on benefit provision to the Expatriate and International assignee employees of multinational corporations.

Terry has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the United States, he has extensive ‘hands on’ knowledge of Group Employee benefit business in these markets and the variety of funding methods used to support the delivery of these programmes.

Richard Munro
Richard Munro Managing Director (Wincham)

A Chartered Accountant by background, Richard joined Willis Towers Watson (previously PMI Health Group) in 1993 as Financial Controller. He was promoted to Financial Director in 1995, becoming Managing Director in 2003.

Richard has been instrumental in driving the sales performance and customer service standards within the business. He has a BA in Economics from Manchester University.

Rick Wilkinson Head of Advisory Services

Rick joined Willis Towers Watson in 1999 and has over 20 years’ experience in the health and benefits industry.  Initially specialising in group risk benefits, Rick has also led the healthcare consulting team and performed various roles including Operations Director.

In his current role as Head of Advisory Services, Rick is responsible for leading a team of senior account managers and developing take to market propositions and solutions.  He also retains a portfolio of key clients for whom he provides strategic advice across their health and benefit plans.

Rick has a BA in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University.

 

James Spencer Mid-Market Sales & Client Management Leader

James is Sales & Client Management Leader for our Mid-Market operation, responsible for leading a team of consultants, growing revenue and developing consulting tools.

A trusted adviser to employers on their benefit arrangements, James has experience supporting clients with clear decisions on complex issues. With a decade’s experience in group benefits and insurance, James’ areas of specialist knowledge Benefit redesign, de-risking and modernisation projects and Peer Group Benchmarking.

A featured speaker at HR conferences, James is a frequent author on subjects including Inclusion & Diversity in Benefits through to Programme Design and has contributed to national and industry press.

James earned his M.B.A. from the University of Essex, holds the Health & Protection (Cert CII) from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a B.A(Hons) from University of Essex.

David Nichols Head of Operations & Excellence

David is an experienced operational leader who has worked in Banking, Asset Management and Insurance. He has spent four years with the Health & Benefits team at Aon, implementing new order to cash systems, delivering their GDPR programme and building out the finance operations team. He has also spent time managing and improving AON’s flexible benefits team.

David comes to WTW having successfully delivered some sizable integration programmes, the largest of which included Lloyds Bank and HBoS, the largest banking integration ever carried out in Europe

Lucie McGrath Head of client strategy & proposition development, H&B (UK)

Lucie joined WTW in 2017 and leads client strategy and proposition development for the UK Health & Benefits practice.

With over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, Lucie has a broad mix of consultancy and provider experience, across health benefits, wellbeing and occupational health services, which gives her a wealth of knowledge to draw from when supporting her clients and colleagues.

Lucie partners with our clients to help them create, and deliver against, health and wellbeing strategies. She works closely with clients, their vendors and other Willis Towers Watson colleagues to ensure deep understanding of their business culture, challenges, opportunities and key health trends. Believing in challenging traditional thinking about health and wellbeing benefit delivery, Lucie is constantly reviewing new and emerging health service delivery and health tech trends to take to her clients.

Passionate about female and family health in the workplace, Lucie works closely with clients to create inclusive and innovative benefit programmes that individualise support for employee health.

Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Lucie was Head of Client Management for Cigna Healthcare in the UK and has also previously worked for a number of large consulting firms.
