Scott joined WTW in 2002 and has over 20 years’ experience in the health and benefits industry. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for a leading insurance provider in a number of roles.
Specialising in risk benefits, Scott has worked as a senior consultant, advising and account managing large multinationals, as well as setting-up and managing the Health & Benefits practice in Ireland between 2013 and 2016.
He now acts as the Head of Risk Benefits for WTW, responsible for overseeing teams in Reigate, London, Manchester and Wincham in relation to all aspects of employee (risk) benefits including; governance, risk management, delivery, broking, consulting, financing, propositions, growth and strategy.
Rachael joined WTW (previously PMI Health Group) in 1993 as a Managed Care nurse, becoming Group Operations Director for PMI HG in 2004.
Using a combination of improved business processes, technology and team structuring, she has improved operational efficiency and service to the customer.
Rachael has responsibility for Client Services, IT and Managed Care, and has a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Masters in IT and is an Associate of the Faculty of Travel Medicine of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow.
Rebekah has over 28 years’ experience in benefits consulting. She has extensive knowledge of a wide range of benefit programmes providing advice on benefit strategy, design and financing; helping clients develop strategies to maximise the value of benefit spend and delivery.
Rebekah leads our Flexible Benefits Consulting team, providing support to clients on benefits strategy, flexible benefits design and delivery through our proprietary technology.
Prior to joining WTW Rebekah worked in consulting roles and more latterly practice management roles with leading employee benefit consultancies and a Big 4 accountancy firm.
Rick joined WTW in 1999 and has over 25 years’ experience in the Health and Benefits industry. Initially specialising in group risk benefits, Rick has also led the healthcare consulting team and performed various leadership roles including Operations Director.
In more recent years Rick was head of Advisory Services, leading a team of 25 senior consultants and in 2021 he was appointed Head of Health & Benefits for Great Britain.
Mike joined the business in 1995 and has worked in several roles, starting in key account management. His interest in the application of technology moved him into business process and client relationship management systems. This naturally evolved into business governance and Mike is now the lead for legal, risk and regulatory compliance in Health and Benefits Mid-Market.
Mike has a broad range of experience across health benefits, absence management and well-being. Consequently, he frequently contributes to industry press and WTW knowledge articles.
James is Head of European Sales, for WTW Health & Benefits, focused on growing revenue and client acquisition in 12 markets across Great Britain and Continental Europe (excl. France). Additionally, James is Sales & Client Management Leader for Mid-Market Health & Benefits in GB, leading a team of 40+ Sales & Consulting professionals, developing consulting tools and managing select provider relationships.
James earned his M.B.A. from the University of Essex with majors in managerial economics, leadership and business performance. He also holds a B.A (Hons) from University of Essex, Cert CII (Health & Protection) from the Chartered Insurance Institute and is fluent in Spanish.
Mike joined WTW in 2022 and is responsible for leading sales delivery and growth across the Health & Benefits team.
Mike has more than 25 years’ of experience in the employee benefits space and has held various senior roles for both insurers and intermediaries, working across both domestic and international markets.
Mike is passionate about helping progressive clients to achieve optimal and desired outcomes in their benefit strategies; and has worked closely with a number of leading global brands during his career.
Chris joined WTW (previously PMI Health Group) in 1995 and has spent the last 15 years specialising in expatriate benefits. Responsible for leading the consulting team that supports clients with globally mobile employees and international assignees.
As a leadership member of the expatriate Centre of Excellence (COE) Chris has regular contact with the global teams with a focus of supporting activities across Europe. COE activities include; annual global carrier RFI survey, biannual Internationally Mobile Employee survey, global compliance framework and thought leadership for expatriate benefit plans.
Chris earned a B.A. Hons in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University and has a Cert CII status with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Lucie joined WTW in 2017 and leads client strategy and proposition development for the UK Health & Benefits practice.
With over 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing industry, Lucie has a broad mix of consultancy and provider experience, across health benefits, wellbeing and occupational health services, which gives her a wealth of knowledge to draw from when supporting her clients and colleagues.
Lucie partners with our clients to help them create, and deliver against, health and wellbeing strategies. She works closely with clients, their vendors and other WTW colleagues to ensure deep understanding of their business culture, challenges, opportunities and key health trends. Believing in challenging traditional thinking about health and wellbeing benefit delivery, Lucie is constantly reviewing new and emerging health service delivery and health tech trends to take to her clients.
Passionate about female and family health in the workplace, Lucie works closely with clients to create inclusive and innovative benefit programmes that individualise support for employee health.
Prior to joining WTW, Lucie was Head of Client Management for Cigna Healthcare in the UK and has also previously worked for a number of large consulting firms.
