Emerging Trends in Health Care Delivery

Even before the pandemic, the world of health and wellbeing had been rapidly changing. With new technology transforming how health care is delivered and supported, we had begun to witness the movement to a world of wearables and remote diagnostics and a proliferation of remote care. Employers were expanding their focus to address employee’s mental health needs and broader wellbeing. These activities have in many ways been accelerated by the impact of COVID-19 with a greater focus on: online health care delivery, employees mental health and broader wellbeing.

Against this backdrop we have launched the UK Willis Towers Watson Emerging Trends in Health Care Delivery Survey, which examines how employers are responding to these trends. We would value your perspective in this and hope you will contribute by completing this short 15-minute survey by 19 February 2021. In return, we look forward to sharing a complimentary copy of the results and a placemat exploring how your answers compare to other respondents.
